Replace your Port Pass

Replacement Port Pass cards typically take one (1) working day to process, and are issued at the same price (NZD$50.000 including GST).

Lost or damaged

If your Port Pass card is lost or damaged, please report this to the port or facility you obtained it from.

Please also let the Port Pass team know by emailing: support@portpass.co.nz or on 0800 767 877. They will cancel the card and you will need to apply for a replacement.

Stolen

If your Port Pass card is stolen, please report the theft to the New Zealand Police and the port or facility you obtained it from. Please also let the Port Pass team know (see contact details above). Port Pass will cancel the card and you will need to apply for a replacement.

Name change

Contact the port or facility you obtained the card from to inform them of a name change. You will need to provide an ID that has your new name stated.

Once you have requested a new card, your old card will be cancelled.

What to do with damaged or found cards

Damaged or altered cards need to be returned to the port or facility you obtained the card from – it remains the property of Port Pass. If you’ve found your Port Pass card, but it has now been cancelled, please also return it to the port or facility you obtained it from.
